A Nation's loss. I knew I was staying away from this blog of mine, longer than I had wanted. More than a wilful return on board, it was the tryst with destiny for a fellow Indian that has brought me back. The orbiter, Columbia, is lost and with it one of India's gems, Kalpana Chawla. My heart goes out for Kalpana's friends and families. May God Bless her family with courage and peace.

America's feeling is that this disaster shouldn't deter NASA's space adventures and mine aren't any different either.

Kalpana, we are proud of you!!
