off topic-- Quick Mozilla question, hope you help me out here. How do you make mozilla read tamil fonts (vikatan) .all I get now is a lot ?????. also I am not able to login to secured sites like my online back account and credit card account. I am using mozilla in safe mode.
Hope you don’t think this is too much. Thanks for your help.
Hellboy
Hellboy, I have trouble with Tamil fonts on ffox too :) Will get in touch with a friend who might know of a solution.
And about the the Secure site problem, check if "SSL 3.0" is checked against, under Tools > Options > Advanced > Scroll down to 'Security'.
Safe mode shouldnt be an issue.
[hey, not a problem at all in asking this]
Alright, here's one solution that worked for me. 1. Installed Vikatan font from within "Font" Folder. 2. View > Character Encoding > Auto-Detect > Universal 3. And make sure Character Encoding is not set to "User Defined" [I had Western ISO 8859-1]
dhool, worked like charm. thanks
welcome.
Hellboy asked the question on my behalf and I got my answer. Thanks guys !
Glad to hear that.
