Tamil Nadu proposes a new airport at Tambaram

Idea is to relieve Anna Int'l of some load, and at the same time be close to, say, downtown Chennai (Guindy!).
Article didnt specify how many kms "off Tambaram", though.

Also did you note expansion plans for Madurai, Tiruchi and Coimbatore airports? Good news.

Earlier, Ms.Jaya had shown keen interest in bringing F1 testing and racing circuit to TN too. Whatever's brewing in Poes Garden!

You are so sure abt the election result?
Think it'll be Jaya again. But if it happens as you predict, thats a bummer.

In AP's case, YSRReddy had an agenda (atleast then) and had ppl in his fold for that reason. TN: DMK (the only significant oppn) needs to convince people of its head first. Thats just my opinion.

Ofcourse voters are known to turn a blind eye and go for a "a change". But whatever the decision, may the reason be not so naive.
