7 controllers at a time and twice the processing power of 360...and yes, its backwards compatible. Before Bill's Time article hits the newstands, Sony is back on top again. This is getting to be good fun. The hi-def support is also excellent.

Cell processor seems to be the next big thing. Everyone seems to be talking about it.

Its all in the game. I am waiting to see the kind of games that use or dont use the technology in these boxes. That'll be the true skill. As an aside, development costs per game are expected to double from 10mil to 20 mil or more. That will surely reflect in the prices of individual games.

On the contrary, I think they'll bear losses initially to evangelize hi-def.
