Maybe...just maybe it might happen. But lets wait and see. I have heard so many big Hollywood studio deals that subsequently fall through. Look at Dreamworks. Initially envisaged as the meeting of three great minds, its stumbling and bumbling and the stock just crashed. A lesson to be learnt here ?

Dont know where, but I read that a Dreamworks-buyout is under discussion.

It is indeed. Universal is looking at buying Dreamworks. But then Dreamworks as a studio doesnt have much worth without thier Animation section which is not for sale.
