GMail integrates GTalk. Yahoo messenger has voicemail feature. It'll be good to see GTalk bring in something like that.

Tip:
If GTalk doesnt show up as a web app (as it happened in my acct), try logging into Gmail using http and not https. That is, signout, signback in with this address: http://www.gmail.com
