Amazon, to launch online movie store. Amazon-IMDB connection seen as a big boost. [nytimes story]
"Amazon.com is in talks with three Hollywood studios about starting a service that would allow consumers to download movies and TV shows for a fee and burn them onto DVD's"
As a sidenote, other functional online movie download services: movielink, vongo, cinemanow.

Its all over this Friday's WSJ also. Will be an interesting play. Amazon might be the one true competition for iTunes.

Yeah, I believe so.
I still doubt if they will let us burn movies onto DVDs. If done, that should be one giant leap for the movie industry.

If a pixel were to see and interpret things as I do, and should it express, with a dose of my thoughts and afterthoughts; the flavor of such a talk should be close to one that you find on this page.
